What do you mean by "48.ie service"?
The website/My48 account or your phone for calls/texts/data?
I'll assume the latter.
Do you have an active membership which is necessary in order to use network services?
Does your phone connect to the network?
If you do a manual scan for networks can you see and connect to 48?
Did anything change on the phone? Software update, factory reset, settings changes etc.?
