Good afternoon, I’m in Spain and I’ve used up my 20GB of roaming data. I’ve topped up with another €10, but my internet still isn’t working. What should I do?

Topping up your cash credit balance doesn't help here.

You need to buy a mobile data add-on.

Can I buy extra Data for EU/UK roaming?

You should be able to use your cash credit balance to buy an add-on.
