EU roaming only works on Guido. Your best bet is to contact 48 support and ask them if they can terminate your Don membership prematurely so that you can buy a Guido allowing you to use services while abroad. You also seem to be using an iPhone in which case this issue due to the stupid way that Apple do things might be relevant:

How are you trying to contact 48 support? What is the exact error message? If necessary email [email protected]
