Hi, I am travelling to croatia tomorrow. I am wondering will I be able to use my 3G there?

You mean data?

If so unfortunately not as 48 don't currently support data while roaming abroad.

This will change on the Guido membership from June 13th though.

Not until 13th June as the link that I posted explains.

For now you can only use internet and connected apps on wifi where available.
