Roaming abroad not working

My roaming is not working outside the Ireland and I did everything whatever needs to done and I need help. It's my first time using 48 service

What country are you in?

Is anything working? 

Connection to local network/signal bars, calls, texts, mobile data?

Unfortunately many people still seem to have problems with roaming abroad on 48 for some reason.
