Renewed data but email says subscription unsuccessful

Hello good afternoon, I renewed my data in the morning, and I was debited but I received a mail that subscription was unsuccessful.

What do you mean by "renewed my data"?

What exactly did you purchase?

Membership plan, data add-on, cash credit, something else?

When were you last able to buy a membership plan successfully?

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date?

What does your Transactions page say about recent payments/purchases?

What exactly does the email say?

Are you sure that it's legitimate and definitely from 48?

Are any services working for your - calls/texts/mobile data?
