Hi there
I have added my card for monthly payment, but unfortunately my card ran out of credit and my monthly payment was not processed yesterday. As a result, my SIM connection was disconnected today. I have now added money to my card. How can I get the connection reconnected?

When auto-renewal fails like this you need to buy your membership manually before it will take over again next month.
