What do you mean by "on [my] mobile BB"?
What does "BB" mean? "Bulletin Board"?
What app or site is affected?
What is the actual verbatim error message?
When was it working ok for you last?
Are your APN settings configured correctly?
Do you have any VPN installed and enabled?
If so then try switching it off.
Do you get the same issue when connected to the internet via WiFi/Local Area Network rather than 48 mobile data?
