Are calls and texts working ok?
Are your APN settings configured correctly?
Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions here to ensure that they are:
What exactly do you mean by "poor internet"?
What kind of signal strength are you getting?
If you do a few speed tests what sort of speeds are you getting?
Do you know anybody else on 48 in the same area?
What sort of speeds do they get?
You could try a replacement SIM in case the SIM is faulty:
What make and model of phone do you have?
You need a 5G capable phone to get 5G connectivity.
Unfortunately some or all Google Pixel 5G capable phones will not get 5G because the Google software on the phones doesn't whitelist 48/Liffey Telecom for 5G connectivity.
