Poor coverage and asked to verify sim card

Hi, when my phone is having phone coverage it keeps asking me to verify my sim card. However when I verify it moves my phone apps to the way they were originally located and then moves around all my widgets to how they were when I bought the phone. Is it related to having poor coverage because I got a new sim thinking it was the old sim not fitting into the phone correctly.

It's keep saying sim card inserted and tap to complete setup.then I can either install now or install later and if I use the install now function, it does the above

Sounds like a phone problem.
Can't see how it's a 48 problem if it happens with 2 different sims.
Have you googled for this problem with your make and model of phone?
