Plan auto-renewed but didn't get data allowance

My monthly plan automatically renewed. But I didn't get the data .it shows zero.what to do

This is confusing a lot of people. 

The data gauge on your My48 account has changed. 

It used to start at 200GB and count downwards as you use data. 

Now it starts at 0GB and counts upwards as you use data. 

I presume that this change is in preparation for the removal of the Fair Usage Policy cap on data usage from next month: 

Due to some mistake on 48's part they have also been sending notifications to people whose memberships have renewed telling them that they have no data even though this isn't correct.

If you got such a notification but your data is working ok then just ignore it.
