What does "I would like pay, but is wrong" mean?

I presume that you're trying to pay for a membership plan but something isn't working? 

What happens when you try to do this here? 

Any error messages? 

Are you sure that your payment card is valid and not frozen via your online banking?

When were you last able to successfully buy a membership plan?
