Was it working ok before or have you just joined 48?
Did anything change on your phone recently?
Software update, settings changes etc.?
Try switching off, taking the SIM out, gently cleaning the contacts, putting the SIM back in, switching on, manually searching for networks and connecting to 48.
If that doesn't work then what networks do you see as a result of a manual scan?
If that still doesn't work then you might want to try a replacement SIM.
You might also want to contact 48 support for more assistance/advice.
