When were things working OK last?
Did anything change in the meantime?
E.g. phone software update, settings changes, factory reset, new phone handset, returned from roaming abroad, etc.?
Do you have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?
If not then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?
If you do have a connection to the 48 network then does anything work at all?
Incoming/outgoing calls, incoming/outgoing texts, mobile data?
