No network in Bulgaria

I went in Bulgaria last year no network for a two weeks. Going there again next week, any advice?

You'll need an active Guido membership or else nothing will work at all
With Guido your regular membership and add-on call, text and data allowances should work.
However even with a Guido membership some people have had problems while roaming in the EU with data not working or nothing at all working even though it should.
