No internet - how to contact support?

Like everyone else the internet is down. Is there any way to contact support? It seems like it should be able to contact them on a Sunday but live chat is down and I can't see a phone number?

Hi, can anyone tell me what happened last Sunday? I was on Skype with my brother, on the phone, and lost conexión suddenly a minute to twelve. I could not find phone signal or data conexión anywhere in town. I went everywhere looking for signal. I live in Cavan. Did anyone else had connection problems last Sunday 7th March?

Yes - lots of people reported problems here.
I didn't experience any myself.
