Hi, im after losing my internet connection and it will now connect.... please can you call me on xxxxxxxxxx. Or send me the instructions by texted...... please can you sort this asap!!!!!

Make sure that your internet/APN settings are correct.

If necessary reconfigure them from scratch by following these instructions

Did anything change on your phone that might have caused this problem?

E.g. software update, settings changes etc.?

Are calls and texts working ok?

Glad it helped.

Odd that the internet settings needed to be reconfigured.

Might be the common Samsung Galaxy problem whereby it sometimes spontaneously losses settings for some reason.

Samsung really should sort that out as it's a very common problem worldwide.
