No coverage north

Hi , this is continuing problem even with new SIM card that’s is supposed to deal with this issue. My phone will not work in north I have contacted supoort numerous times and after long conversations trying all suggestions does not work. Does not work. Tried clear view sim no probables so clear view SIM card no issues 48 dosvt work in my experience
