No 4G

Hi I have a €10:99 plan but my iPhone 11 only shows 3G. I have checked the settings and the options show 2G 3G and LTE. 3G is selected. I can’t seem to get 4G at all

Did you update your settings to conform to the new ones that are required?
Did you ever 4G?
If you're saying that you have 3G selected in your phone settings then you're only ever going to get 3G.
Maybe you can clarify what your settings are?
Screenshots would be ideal if possible.
