Are your internet/APN settings configured correctly?

https://community.48.ie/t5/The-Knowledgebase/My-Internet-is-not-working/ta-p/45928

You seem to be using an iPhone?
What model?

Is 4G enabled?

https://www.helpforsmartphone.com/public/en/apple/iphone-6s/ios-11/guides/24/Switch-between-3G-4G-Ap...

Have you tried switching off, taking the SIM out, reseating it, switching on and seeing if that makes any difference?

Hope this helps.

No it wasn’t at all helpful because I told you before I don’t have the option to turn on 4G there is an LTE option but it says “this cellular network has not yet been certified by the carrier for VoLTE on IPhone Battery Life, Calls, Texts, Voicemail and cellular data may be affected” and also when it do out it on it still shows it’s using 3G anyway.

You originally said there was no 4G option.
You didn't say anything about LTE which is what the second link was about once you clarified what iPhone model you actually have.
Sounds like some typical Apple iPhone rubbish to me.
Unfortunately they seem to go out of their way to make using iPhones on "non certified" networks difficult for users.
You'll need to contact 48 support and maybe Apple support to get to get a solution.
Good luck.

And if you do a web search you'll see that lots of Apple iPhone 7 plus users globally have the same problem on different networks so that's more evidence that it's probably an Apple rather than a network problem.
