My mum has my mobile data on auto top off but she recently got scammed on her card and had to get rid of that card she has a new one now but my top up is out how will I top up now?

You'll need to ask her to configure her new card details on your My48 account so that it gets used for auto-renewal from now on assuming that she's happy to keep paying for your membership plans...
If your membership plan has already expired then she'll probably need to buy this month's plan manually and then auto-renewal will take over from next month.
