Hi sir/madame, 
Ive just got a new phone as i broke my old one (iphone 5c) it is a Samsung Galaxy S6 edge and since i have swapped to using it i havnt been able to acsess my Mobile Data, i have this tested as any time a turn off wifi to hence run only on the data i cannot use the internet. I have made sure the apps have the permissions but i deosnt seem to work with any app. If you can shed any light on this matter it would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure that your internet/APN settings are configured correctly.
