I got a new phone and my 3G data isn't working any advice?

Thanks for the update.

That seems odd - I don't know why it would make a difference which SIM tray was used.

And if you were only using a single SIM then I'd expect that the first SIM try would work.

I have a dual SIM phone myself (albeit not a OnePlus phone) and had no problems with this with my SIM in the main/first SIM tray.

I can't find anything online about this issue with the OnePlus 3T (or other models).
