Hi, I'm going through 1g of Internet in about 3 days. Any suggestions?? I have app refresh turned off ?? Any idea what could be using up my data? Thanks in advance

You need to identify what apps/services are using your data.

Most phones have some sort of basic data monitor to tell you what apps are using data.

Otherwise there are lots of apps that that will do this for you.
