Mobile data not working for 5 days

My mobile data has been down for 5 days now. It never did this before. How do I contact Care or is anyone else having this problem?

Are your APN settings (still?) correct?
If not then text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions:
Do you have an active membership and a non-zero data balance?
