I'm 99%+ certain that it's not from 48 anyway.
They don't send such messages.
What sort of message? Email, text, WhatsApp, other?
Who is it claiming to be from?
What is the exact text of the message?
Don't click on any links in it.
What do you mean "cannot open it in my account".
Sounds almost certainly like a scam to me.
Just ignore it and block the sender.
If your 48 services are working as normal then forget about it.
