Low network and bad internet

My internet has not been working ever since I received the sim. The network bar always shows 1 or max 2 bars.

For mobile data did you ever configure your APN settings?

If you didn't then that would explain why mobile data hasn't been working.

Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions here:

In relation to signal strength, where are you located? 

Do calls and texts work ok?

Do you know anybody else on 48? What's their signal like? 

Can you try the SIM in another unlocked phone to see if that makes any difference? 

Maybe try a replacement SIM in case your current SIM is faulty.
