Maybe the bad weather has impacted services in some parts?
Has anything changed on your phone?
Are you sure that your internet/APN settings are still correct?

Try switching off, taking the SIM out, GENTLY cleaning the contacts, reinserting it, switching on, manually scanning for networks and connecting to 48.
