I have 10€ balance and it won’t let me use my credit balance to buy internet add-ons why?

Any error messages?

How/where exactly are you trying to buy add-ons?

E.g. via the app, via the website, by text etc.?

Can you try the app instead?

Chances are you will need to contact 48 support about this though.
