What happens when you try to buy a new membership plan here?
Any error messages?
When were you last able to successfully buy a membership plan?
Is your payment card still valid, not frozen via your online banking, and the account contains sufficient funds if it's a debit card?
When was your mobile data working ok last?

They don't tend to monitor or respond to posts here on the Community Forum.
And they're not going to buy a membership plan on your behalf - you need to get whatever is stopping you from doing this yourself addressed so that you can then buy your plan yourself.
