I topped up my membership but it’s not working

I topped up my membership a few days ago and it was fine for the first few hours but then it just stopped working, not just bad but not having any internet.And it wasn’t the signal because I was in my house when it was working and I just turned my phone off and then when I turned it back on it wasn’t working. I checked how much data and I had only used 5 out of my 200gb so I really don’t why it stopped all of a sudden.

Aw calls and texts working ok?
Is it just mobile data that's the problem?
Are your APN settings configured correctly?
If texts are working then text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions:
If that doesn't help then you'll have to contact 48 support for further assistance.
