What exactly do you mean by "top-up"?

Cash credit top-up, membership purchase (there's no €14 membership plan), add-on purchase?

What does your Transactions page say about recent payments?

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status?

What does your Buy Plan page say about any pending memberships?

With 48 topping up your cash credit balance isn't sufficient to ensure that services work.

You need an active membership plan in order to be able to make calls, send texts and use data.
