What exactly do you mean by "recharge"?
Do you mean that you bought a new membership plan?
What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership plan status, expiry date and allowance balances?
What does your Transactions page say about your recent payment/purchase?
Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming membership plans?
What are the symptoms of your account "not appearing recharged"?
Can you make/receive calls, send/receive texts and use mobile data?
