Your guide saved me in Germany. 

I tried to mess around with the APN settings, didn't even think about IMSIs or the SIM Tool.

48.ie should add this to an official guide and also give you a couple of months of courtesy service for helping many people out and also showing 48.ie's support how to solve the issue too
