It should only prompt for a pin if you previously set one up as far as I recall.

Read it but can't remember if I set up pin ,thanks anyway ,but have just cancelled it now ,

Cancelled what?
If it's asking for a pin but you don't know it then contact 48 support as the FAQ says.
