Guido 3GB internet

I have Guido membership and got email saying internet limit was being increased to 3GB but when I check the 48months app it still says I only have the old 1GB limit?

When did your current membership start?
Only memberships bought and started on/after 5th July have the increased data allowances.

If your membership was bought/started on/after 5th July and you did not get the increased data allowance then you need to contact 48 support.
