Trying to unlock 5gb data from my safe but it keeps saying server not responding. Please try again later. I have tried about 1000 times on numerous different days all to the same result. I am about to run out of data and need Internet for college.

I tried it there with mine on the app and got the same error.
But it worked fine when I did it via the website.
So maybe try the website and report the app issue to 48 support.
