EU roaming data not working on Guido

Hi, I'm in Berlin, I just renewed my membership last night to Guido, data roaming is on on my phone (iPhone SE) but I can't get any 3G. Currently disappointed and on a café's wifi, any tips anyone??

Yes it did thank you! Changed the APN settings as advised. Took a while to start working but eventually did. Thanks again

Glad it helped.

That tip has helped several people get around this problem.

But it did not work for others.

I wonder if they simply didn't wait long enough?

Or if a more reliable way to effect the change is to reboot rather than just switching airplane mode on and off?
