Data stopped working?

So when i turned my phone on this morning my data wont work. Ive tried restarting the phone, doing the APN settings, reinserting the sim card, everything and nothing seems to work? When i try to go on to the live chat there is no way to access it either. Ive checked my balance and there is still plenty calls, texts and data left. Any help/advice?

I don't understand why the chat seems to be so hit and miss and many people report not being able to access it at all much of the time.

I usually can't access it on mobile but only on the computer.

The only other contact that I am aware of is the complaints email address here.

Maybe contact them that way even though that shouldn't really be necessary. Man Sad
