after my previous data plan finished i offed auto renew and buye a new plan. 

but after that nothing is activating.

What does "I offed auto renew and buye a new plan" mean? 

What exactly does "nothing is activating" mean?

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date? 

Are calls and texts working ok?

When was mobile data working correctly for you last?

What does your Transactions page say about your recent payment/purchase?
