Yesterday I used the last of my data roaming, I then topped up my credit by paying my monthly cost again but I did not receive a fresh set of data roaming

If you're not roaming in the UK/EU/EEA but in a country where roaming data is charged from your cash credit balance then you'll need to make sure that you have sufficient cash credit on your account to pay for roaming data.

If you're roaming in the UK/EU/EEA and you've used up your roaming data allowance before the membership month is up then you need to buy a mobile data add-on in order to continue using roaming data for the remainder of the membership month.

Can I buy extra Data for EU/UK roaming?

Yes! If you've used your EU/UK data roaming allowance or simply just want more, then the 1GB data add-on can be used in Ireland and in the EU/UK when you’re on a plan that has roaming included. To purchase your add on, simply Log in to your My48 >> Flexi Data >> Add ons, or just click here.

Buying a new monthly membership plan won't help as it will just stack on your account and be listed on your Buy Plan page as an upcoming plan which will kick in when your current monthly membership plan eventually runs its full monthly course and expires.

Monthly membership plans always run their full monthly course and can't be ended early and a new plan started early.
