Hi,

My coverage has been really bad lately. No service in many areas. Just wondering how this can and will be resolved?

Were you getting coverage in those areas ok before? 

In what locations are you having problems?

Have you tried reseating your SIM in case that helps? 

Or trying a replacement SIM?

Can you try your SIM in another unlocked phone to see if it works ok there?
