Can’t top up my card just got em yesterday

How exactly are you trying to do this? 

What happens when you try? 

Any error messages? 

If you're using the app then maybe try the web interface instead - or vice versa.

Whenever I try to click on buy plan section it shows that (Sorry you are not allowed to purchase memberships, since you have a Bundle in progress)
And that web page keeps on loading nothing works

That's a common sporadic problem that 48 have never explained or, it seems, fixed unfortunately.

You'll have to contact 48 support to get them to look into and fix this for you.
