Can't top up - "bundle in progress"

It won’t let me top up as it says I have a bundle in progress but it’s been 8 hours already.

This is a common problem for some reason:

It has never been explained or fixed properly by 48 for some reason. 

You'll have to contact 48 support for assistance with getting this fixed.
