Can't receive OTP code when logging in

I don't need to order SIM card, but when clicking "log in",I enter this screen. Besides,I cannot receive security code in email and the website shows this tip. What I can do ?

This seems to be a common problem judging by previous reports:
You'll probably need to contact 48 support to get them to look into and hopefully fix this.
