Can't buy plan - "bundle in progress"

I’ve just got 48 and transferred my number onto the sim.I try to buy a plan but it says is already bundle in progress.I have no idea what this means or what to do so I came here.I hope someone can help me.Thanks

It's a common problem for some reason: 

You'll have to contact 48 support to get them to look into and fix it for you.

Same as me now stuck with no phone or internet and I live in a rural area so have no phone line so have to hotspot to my TV this is a bloody joke

You mean that you can't buy a membership plan because you're getting the "bundle in progress" message when you try?

If that's the case then, as I said eleswhere, you'll have to contact 48 support for assistance with getting this rectified.
