What happens when you try? 

Any error messages? 

Are you using the app or the web interface? 

Maybe try switching to the one that you haven't tried to see if that makes any difference? 

What happens when you try this link? 

When were you last able to successfully buy a membership plan? 

Is your payment card still valid?
