Can't activate SIM - "max number of OTP attempts reached"

I couldn't get a login.
I received a shim.
I would like to remedy the following situation.

The maximum number of OTP attempts has been reached.
The maximum number of attempts to enter the one-time password (OTP) has been reached.
(You have reached the maximum number of attempts.) For security reasons, please wait 30 minutes and try again. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Please make sure your registered email address is correct, and if you do not receive the OTP, please check your spam folder as well.

A few people have reported this issue recently and in the past. 

You'll almost certainly have to contact 48 support about this. 

Only they will be in a position to help.

I am trying to create a "My Account", but I cannot join because it does not change from the following status.

・I don't get any mail.
・No errors in the email address.
・I have not received any email from spam either.
・Maximum OTP Attempts Reached is displayed from the first time.
