I am in France & can’t use my data. I have got onto to a network & can make calls & sms. But no data. Do I have to make changes to APN ? I thought this was all fixed when roaming ???

Did you configure your APN settings correctly?
Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions here to do this:
