Auto-renewal failed.

Auto-renewal failed. No phone or data service from 2am to 1240pm. No grace period. Just unceremoniously cut off. Nothing to do with availability of funds. Just an error in 48 systems. This, coupled with persistent roaming issues across several EU countries and the UK since I first signed up to 48 about three years ago, makes me finally want to change provider. I intend to do this before the next renewal. I've had enough.

Yes - there was a confirmed issue with some or all auto-renewals and payments in the past few days.

Still not sure if it's all been rectified yet.

Communication from 48 support on this issue could be a lot better to be honest... ☹️
